At La Familia’s Catechesis, our mission is to support families, catechists, and parishes with meaningful resources that nurture faith and culture. We take great care in preparing and packaging every order, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns for Physical Products

We accept returns on most physical products (such as printed games, cards, or kits) within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the original packaging with labels intact, and include proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions and a return address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Digital Downloads and Free Resources

Due to the nature of digital files, all digital downloads and free resources are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken link or download error), email lafamiliascatechesis@gmail.com and we’ll ensure you receive your file.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact lafamiliascatechesis@gmail.com right away. We may request a photo to speed up resolution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the eligible item. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the decision.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
